Return & Refund Policy

1) if the product is damaged then the product will be replaced. Video should be submitted of opening of product after receiving the order , without video attachment it will not be considered as shipping damage

2) Product will be not returned completely Only product replace (or) Exchange.

3) Products that are near expiry (less-than one month shelf life left)/expired/damaged post purchase will not be returned/exchanged.

4)Produce with relevant invoice at the time of exchange.Packing should be intact with original invoice and the product should be in sealed condition not opened.

5) Delivery boy You can check if all the products have package damage at the time of delivery and pay the money.

6) Free gifts, if any, should also be returned at the time of the product being returned.

7) Packing should be intact with original invoice and the product should be in saleable condition.

8) without invoice we cannot resend the damage claim or missing claim . ( With regested mobile number can request for missing invoice check ,it takes 3 days time )

If you want to change the products, you have to change it within 6 hours from booking confirmation otherwise the order will be started delivering process. 

For Failed Online Transactions, Refunds are automatically processed to source account and might take up to 7 working days (please note: Perfume Lab do not receive this amount).

Return cannot be applicable you know they are made for you as per your order. It is also not realistic for us to accept returns if the product does not match your  ordered can be replaced, 

Refunds where applicable are subject to approval upon receiving the return.

When processing Refunds, payment will be made to Source Account. The customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by Cash on Delivery.

All refunds may carry charges up to 3% (charged by banks/gateway).

Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below.

  • Returns are accepted in unlikely event of wrong product being delivered to you or if order delivery got delayed unreasonably or damages in transit.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
  • Refund payment will be made by NEFT/IMPS/GPAY/PAYTM transfer. Customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by Cash on Delivery.

Returns approved for refund will be processed and refunds will be issued within Seven business days of receipt.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned by delivery partner due to non-availability of customer at the delivery address, may be reshipped to the customer upon request.
