7905 5V Linear Negative Voltage Regulator IC

7905 is a member of 79 negative regulator series. The device gives a fixed -5V output. This regulator needs minimal external component, only the compensation capacitor at the output, to get -5V output. It has an internal thermal shutdown and safe area protection.
